Everything you need to know before you book.

Do I pay now?

No. Your booking is confirmed straight away and you pay the rental by cash or card when you collect the car. Online card payment is coming soon.

What is the bond?

A refundable security bond held while you have the car and returned when it comes back in the same condition. The amount is shown on every car before you book.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up by replying to your confirmation email or messaging us on WhatsApp.

What licence do I need?

A full driver's licence held for at least a year. If it isn't in English, bring an International Driving Permit too. Drivers must be 21 or older.

Will I get the exact car shown?

You'll get the model shown or one of the same type and size. If we ever need to substitute, it will be the same category or better.

Can you meet me at Nadi Airport?

Yes. Choose Nadi International Airport as your pick-up location and add your flight number at checkout. We'll meet you after you clear arrivals.
