Rental terms

Car Rentals Fiji is operated by Natewa Cars Pte Ltd, Fiji. By booking you agree to these terms.

Your booking

Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking number. You'll receive the vehicle shown or one of the same category and size. Vehicles are supplied by Car Rentals Fiji and its partner fleets in Fiji.

Drivers

• Drivers must be 21 or older and hold a full, valid driver's licence.
• Licences not in English must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
• Only drivers named on the booking may drive the vehicle.

Payment and bond

Unless you paid online, the rental is paid at pick-up by cash or card. A refundable security bond, shown on your booking, is taken at pick-up and returned when the vehicle comes back in the same condition, with the same fuel level.

Cancellations and changes

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. Contact us to change dates or locations; changes depend on availability and may change the price.

Using the vehicle

Drive within Viti Levu on roads suitable for the vehicle, follow Fiji road rules and return the vehicle at the agreed time and place. Late returns may be charged as an extra day.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Natewa Cars Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect losses arising from a rental. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Fiji consumer law.
